Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned leader development professional to design and deliver enterprise-wide leadership training programs. You will partner with executive teams to set strategy, implement learning across experiences, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

You will assess leadership gaps, craft solutions, and foster a high-performance culture through experiential and distance learning methods, instructor-led sessions, and self-directed toolkits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Demonstrates expertise in designing and implementing leadership development programs, utilizing various training methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leadership to execute the strategic vision for leadership training content and delivery.
• Create and lead implementation of leadership learning and development strategies.
• Conduct leadership opportunity assessments, identify gaps, and develop solutions for leadership development.
• Work with leaders to build a culture of high performance, development, accountability, and talent development.
• Design and implement leadership development programs, including experiential learning and action learning experiences.
• Create programs using distance learning, eLearning, instructor-led training, and self-directed toolkits.
• Manage the full leadership training lifecycle, including ongoing and future programs and stakeholder consultation.
• Lead and conduct training courses across the organization.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation.
• Coordinate and facilitate annual training classes for all health system employees.
• Maintain self-development and current knowledge of leadership, education and healthcare topics.
• Perform other duties as assigned
