Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing training needs across departments and levels.
• Design and develop training curriculum, materials, and resources with stakeholders.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
• Participate in delivering training using various instructional techniques.
• Support implementation of e-learning platforms and technology-based solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
