Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. in Carnegie, PA is seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to manage employee training compliance, onboarding, and annual requirements.

You will schedule and deliver essential trainings such as CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Clinical CEUs, while maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role involves collaborating with HR and leadership to develop training programs, and occasional travel to regional offices for delivery and support of compliance

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field, Bachelor's preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in Human Services or a related field.
• Trainer certification in CPI, Medication Administration, CPR/First Aid, or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Experience in Pennsylvania ID/Autism service system and Medicaid Waiver programs.
• Experience in roles like Program Coordinator or Program Specialist preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, recordkeeping, and professional writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage employee training compliance, onboarding programs, annual training requirements, and staff development initiatives.
• Conduct New Employee Developmental Training and schedule, facilitate, or coordinate required training programs including CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Clinical CEU trainings.
• Maintain training databases, employee training records, compliance reports, audits, and documentation to ensure regulatory and organizational requirements are met.
• Develop, implement, and improve training programs, policies, materials, and communications with HR and leadership.
• Travel to regional offices and affiliate locations to deliver training, support compliance initiatives, and assist with special projects.
