Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Training experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing training needs across departments and levels.
• Design and develop training curriculum, materials, and resources.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
• Deliver training sessions using a variety of instructional methods.
• Support e-learning platforms and other technology-based training solutions.
• Evaluate training programs via participant feedback and performance metrics.
• Maintain records of training activities and outcomes.
• Stay current with training trends and best practices.
