Job summary

Dynamic Engineers PTE. LTD. is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage end-to-end training logistics and administration. You will handle venue bookings, scheduling, materials, and trainer resources, ensuring programs run smoothly and on time.

You will liaise with employees, trainers, and managers to align schedules, expectations, and requirements; develop training materials as needed; collect feedback, and report insights to stakeholders to drive program effectiveness and employee development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field required.
• At least 1 year of experience in training/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for training sessions: venues, dates, and resources.
• Send invitations, track registrations, and manage attendance.
• Communicate schedules, expectations, and requirements with employees and trainers.
• Develop, compile, or source training materials.
• Gather participant feedback and report to stakeholders.
• Identify training needs with department heads, HR, and managers.
• Provide logistical and administrative support to trainers.
