Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver government-focused training for internal and external audiences. You will lead a cross-functional team, coordinate with the Transformation Readiness Team, and deliver instructor-led and virtual training for a government client.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years leading training programs, strong Salesforce and Adobe Captivate skills, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Design and develop comprehensive training curriculums and materials.
• Lead the training team and coordinate schedules with the Transformation Readiness Team.
• Experience creating end-to-end training for government clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of training leadership.
• Experience with Salesforce and Adobe Captivate preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training for a government client.
• Co-deliver training in-person and virtually to 10–75 staff depending on topic.
• Create user-friendly graphics and communications for guides and websites.
• Support rollout and user adoption of transformed processes.
