Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client. You will create end-to-end curricula, coordinate with the transformation readiness team, and deliver instructor-led and virtual sessions for 10–75 staff.

You will develop communications and How-To guides, generate graphics, and support rollout with a defined training schedule. A US citizen with Public Trust eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and develop training curriculum and materials
• 5+ years’ experience developing training for clients
• Strong leadership to run the training team and coordinate with leadership
• Experience managing multiple concurrent training workstreams
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Experience using Adobe Captivate for training development
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Must be a United States citizen

Responsibilities

• Review draft Training Plans and collaborate with the transformation readiness team to finalize.
• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role‑based training as defined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan.
• Design, develop, and co‑deliver VCF Substantive training for VCF staff on end‑to‑end claims lifecycle processes.
• Design and create user‑friendly graphics and communication media for How‑To Guides, website content, and other communications.
• Support staff to ease the transition and ensure a successful rollout of the transformed processes.
• Design and develop myVCF system training using materials from the SI.
• Develop communication materials for internal and external audiences (PowerPoints, handouts, focus groups).
• Submit for approval by VCF all communications and training materials and track through the approval process.
