Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for government clients. The role involves instructor-led, in-person, and virtual delivery to 10–75 staff, with collaboration across VCF teams and system integrators.

Responsibilities include creating curriculum, coordinating timelines, and producing communication materials. A Public Trust clearance and US citizenship are prerequisites, with a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams with quality and on-time deliverables.
Experience with Salesforce preferred.
Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training for internal and external audiences.
Design and deliver VCF substantive training on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.
Create user-friendly graphics and communication media for How-To Guides and website content.
Support rollout of transformed claim review and operational processes with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team.
Develop myVCF system training using materials from the System Integrator.
Prepare internal and external communications, including PowerPoints and handouts.
