Job summary

CGS Federal seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for internal and external audiences for a government client. The role participates in end-to-end training development, rollout, and stakeholder coordination.

The position requires leading multiple training workstreams, strong leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree. Experience with Salesforce and Adobe Captivate is preferred, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience designing training for clients.
• Experience leading training teams and coordinating with stakeholder groups.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate and Salesforce.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and is a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Review draft Training Plans and finalize them with the transformation readiness team.
• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training with scenarios and screenshots.
• Co-deliver training for VCF staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.
• Create user-friendly graphics and materials for How-To Guides, website content, and other materials.
• Support staff during rollout and coordinate training schedule with the Transformation Readiness Team.
• Design and develop myVCF system training using materials from the System Integrator.
• Prepare internal and external communications, including PowerPoints and focus groups.
• Submit communications and training materials for VCF approval and track through process.
