Qualifications

• Ability to design and develop comprehensive training approach and materials.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
• Strong leadership skills to manage training teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing training teams.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Must have experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a United States citizen.

• Design, develop, and deliver training for government client.
• Collaborate with teams to finalize training plans.
• Create user-friendly communication media and graphics.
• Support staff transition and successful rollout.
• Develop and track training and communication materials.
