Job summary

CGS seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for internal and external audiences for a government client. Lead the training team and coordinate with the transformation readiness team to finalize Training Plans and schedules.

You will design substantive, role-based training with scenarios, create user-friendly guides and media, and support rollout across the organization, including myVCF system training and external communication materials.

Qualifications

• Design and develop a comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team, coordinate overall schedule and activities with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team Lead, and communicate updates to VCF leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams, ensuring quality and on-time deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams and schedules to achieve successful outcomes.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Must have experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Review draft Training Plans and finalize them in collaboration with the transformation readiness team.
• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training using test scenarios and system screenshots.
• Co-deliver VCF substantative training for VCF staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes, including curriculum, policies, and procedures.
• Design and create user-friendly graphics and media for How-To Guides, website content, and other materials for public, law firms, and VCF staff.
• Provide support to staff to ease the transition and ensure a successful rollout of transformed processes.
• Design and develop myVCF system training using materials from the system integrator.
• Develop communication materials for internal and external audiences, including PowerPoints and handouts.
• Submit all communications and training materials for approval by VCF and track through approval.
