Reed in Partnership is seeking a Training Network Manager to build and manage a network of approved training providers, ensuring provision aligns with skills gaps and employer demand. You will lead QA, audits, and compliance, and oversee SLAs with providers to maintain delivery standards.

The role involves travel across the UK, line management of a small team, and close collaboration with employer engagement and delivery teams to ensure training is responsive and outcome-focused.

Formación

• BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard).
• Experience of sales management including supervision of an individuals'/teams’ delivery and/or output.
• Personal track record of working towards and achieving targets.
• Experience of people management including supporting, mentoring and coaching and developing an individual.
• Strong administration skills, good computer/technology skills, basic numeracy/spreadsheet skills, quality assurance/audits, and good written communication/record keeping skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes, develops and manages a network of training providers.
• Liaise with Team Leaders and local operational teams to assess needs of Worker caseload, identifying gaps in existing provision.
• Continually map provision and service gaps, adding provision in response to changes in services.
• Represent Reed in Partnership at external meetings and identify opportunities to influence initiatives.
• Work with training provisions to structure training to provide greater accessibility to NSJS workers and meet employer needs.
• Design, implement and maintain quality assurance frameworks across all training providers.
• Complete regular audits, compliance reviews and performance assessments to ensure providers meet standards.
• Monitor training performance against contractual KPIs and quality standards.
• Analyse management information and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor and coach staff for performance and development.
