Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Training Network Executive to support the operational management of the training supply chain across the NSJS programme. You will be the day-to-day contact for training providers and coordinate delivery, monitoring and administration.

This role requires BPSS, admin/coordination experience, and at least 2 A-Levels or equivalent; travel across the UK may be required, including Aberdeen.

Qualifications

• BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard).
• Experience of working in an administration or coordination role.
• A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at a minimum Grade B (or Level 2 qualification).

Responsibilities

• Sources and onboards relevant training providers based on the needs of Workers.
• Liaises with Team Leaders and local operational teams to assess needs of our Worker caseload, identifying gaps in existing provision.
• Continually map provision and service gaps, quickly implementing additional or alternative provision in response to changes in services.
• Maintain positive working relationships with training providers to support effective delivery.
• Ensure training provision complies with programme requirements, policies and procedures.
• Monitor performance against agreed measures, targets and quality standards.
• Support the identification of improvement opportunities and implementation of corrective actions with the Training Network Manager.
