Reed in Partnership is seeking a Training Network Executive to manage the training supply chain for the NSJS program. You will act as day-to-day contact for training providers, coordinate delivery and administration, and ensure compliance with guidelines across the UK. Travel to offices including Aberdeen may be required.

You will work with Team Leaders and operational staff to identify gaps, source providers, and drive continuous improvement in training services for workers across sectors.

Formación

• BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) is required.
• Experience in administration or coordination roles.
• Minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at Grade B or Level 2 literacy success.
• Strong planning, organisation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in education, training providers, or skills/employability programmes.
• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of local training provisions and relevant sectors (e.g., Clean Energy, Oil & Gas).

Responsabilidades

• Sources and onboards relevant training providers based on Worker needs.
• Liaises with Team Leaders to assess Worker caseload needs and gaps.
• Map provision and service gaps; implement changes as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with training providers for delivery.
• Ensure training provision complies with programme requirements.
• Monitor performance against targets and quality standards.
• Support improvement opportunities with the Training Network Manager.
