Adams Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist, Central Clinical Operations, to build and lead a scalable, network-wide training and onboarding program across our sites.

You will own training consistency to ensure staff have the knowledge, tools, and competencies for high-quality, compliant clinical research. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Central Clinical Operations, this role blends hands-on training delivery, curriculum development, LMS management, and process improvement to enable

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering clinical operations training across multiple sites.
• Ability to create onboarding tools and competency checklists.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (FDA, GCP) and good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LMS modules for standardized training and onboarding across the network.
• Develop assessments to measure training effectiveness and staff readiness.
• Create training materials (SOPs, guides, videos) with clarity and usability.
• Lead adoption of training platforms and workflows across sites.
• Track training completion, competency milestones, and ongoing education requirements across teams.
• Support onboarding tools and development plans for ClinOps roles.
