Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive exceptional service with solid product knowledge.

You will lead onboarding, certify product staff, and uphold merchandising standards while guiding the sales team in the basics of retail: People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing. This role requires strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at check-out using the POS system.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and maintain knowledge of merchandise.
• Direct and assist with merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
