Job summary

Shoulder Innovations is seeking a Training & Marketing Materials Coordinator to support Sales Training and Marketing with exceptional organization and execution. You will coordinate training events, manage LMS records, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless programs and projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate degree preferred in business/marketing/communications.
• Experience in administration, coordination, marketing support or a similar role.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Litmos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training event logistics, including materials preparation, attendance tracking, communications, setup, follow-up, and documentation.
• Support LMS administration, training records, course assignments, and completion tracking.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and distribution activities related to commercial initiatives.
• Order, manage, and track business cards, name tags, branded merchandise, and marketing materials.
• Track marketing material requests and project status to ensure timely execution.
• Communicate with vendors and shipping partners to resolve delivery and logistics issues.
• Print, assemble, and prepare training and marketing materials and supporting documentation.
• Receive shipments and maintain inventory of marketing and training supplies.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to update consumables, signage, and related materials.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
