Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience designing and delivering training programs in healthcare/health-tech.
• 2+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver platform and workflow training for MDU and supporting software.
• Build and lead Field Trainers and Master Trainers as the program scales.
• Create curricula, onboarding, and ongoing education content focused on platform proficiency.
