Job summary

Bookmark Medical is seeking a Clinical Operations Trainer to support onboarding and ongoing development for Medical Assistants, providers, and other practice team members across the Michigan market. The role emphasizes hands-on training, effective EMR use, and standardized workflows to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, organizational development, business, education, or a related field preferred; relevant clinical operations and training experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Medical Assistant, clinical operations, practice management, or comparable healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, virtual, and in-person training for Medical Assistants, providers, and other clinical team members.
• Support role-based onboarding and training for newly hired Medical Assistants and providers.
• Provide at-the-elbow support to help team members apply clinical workflows, EMR functionality, and operational processes.
• Partner with practice managers to ensure training reflects current workflows and standards.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations and job aids.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
