Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development (L&D), human resources, training operations, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learning Administration: Perform daily administrative tasks within LMS, including tracking completions, roster management, course creation support, and scheduling.
• Logistics & Event Support: Coordinate materials, facilities, room setups, and logistical support for live, virtual, or hybrid training sessions across client site locations.
• Project Assistance: Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing Learning Operations projects, initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
• Flexible Operational Support: Assist with ad-hoc L&D administrative tasks and changing operational priorities as training needs evolve.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain clear communication with client team leads and instructors to ensure smooth training execution.
