  • Liaises between faculty, participants and stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Supports cohort-based development programs with scheduling, messaging, and data coordination.
  • Builds dashboards and reports to support management requests.
  • Enables AI tools to improve learning workflows and program coordination.

A Brief Overview

The Training Coordinator is a key member of talent development program team and will be responsible for the operations and logistics of learning programs including materials, vendor coordination, inventory, and onsite/virtual session support while leveraging learning technologies and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.

What you will do
  • Coordinates the production process for all training programs. This includes knowledge of multimedia platforms within Zoom, Teams, and any new technology that becomes relevant.
  • Will be able to utilize technology aspects within these platforms and coordinate actively with faculty.
  • Provides support to all faculty: pre class set up, during class, and post class information and communication.
  • Provides ongoing vendor coordination: maintaining relations and updates on invoicing process as well as supporting and updating internal budget tracking process.
  • Provides ongoing communication to clients regarding class information, registration, process, and post class information.
  • Serves as a liaison between faculty, participants, and stakeholders.
  • Provides ongoing support of our cohort-based development programs, including communication, scheduling, logistics, messaging, tracking and coordinating with Program Team.
  • Identifies and troubleshoots issues with curriculum or faculty on an as needed basis – must have good problem-solving capabilities.
  • Web Design experience for Sharepoint site and other websites representing our leader support sites and our talent development site. Must continue to learn in this arena as technology changes.
  • Assigns training and tracks training for all new leaders.
  • Create and run routine reports, as well as ad-hoc data reports as requested including preparing reports, graphs, charts, and statistics to support management requests.
  • Prepares and deliver program training materials, logistics and programs (i.e. visual aids, evaluation forms, audiovisual equipment, etc.).
  • Has good knowledge of various training rooms and can troubleshoot where needed across the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and report on learning and development data including participation, completion rates, and program impact.
  • Builds and maintains dashboards to support data-informed decision-making for the Program Team and leadership.
  • Proficient in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency across learning and development workflows including creating dashboards, communication, and program coordination.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to integrate new AI applications into team processes.
  • Provides coordination support for program launches and implementation efforts that advance our commitment to highly reliable, patient-centered care.
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
Preferred Experience Qualifications
  • Minimum two to five years of experience in LMS Administration and Training Program Coordination.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to coordinate multiple meetings, logistics and resources (people, equipment, locations).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and use information technology to drive process changes.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to use relevant software i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Zoom.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors.
  • Ability to understand the purchasing and vendor processes.
  • Ability to develop tracking mechanisms and schema to identify employee training requirements and qualification status.
  • Coordinating and schedule training programs and the logistics of the program.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations - Optional.
  • Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures and safety and health requirements - Optional.
  • Knowledge of local, state and federal regulatory requirements related to areas of functional responsibility and HR.
  • Knowledge of technologies used for trainings and auditing and content development.
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint, Website development and updates for Leader support site.

Base Pay Scale

Generally starting at $41.68 - $54.19 per hour

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
