Job summary

Stanford Health Care's Sr. Training Specialist for Supply Chain leads the design and rollout of a comprehensive training program across all Supply Chain functions and leadership levels, using written, in-person, and digital formats.

You will partner with subject matter experts, implement technology like Healthstream and video, build a development library, run group trainings, and coach staff to elevate performance and engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a work-related field from an accredited college.
5+ years in teaching or curriculum development within a Supply Chain context.
Experience training across levels from front-line to leadership.
Ability to develop materials using multiple formats (written, in person, digital).

Responsibilities

Develop training materials for all aspects of Supply Chain with SMEs.
Utilize technology to deploy training materials (Healthstream, videos, etc.).
Create intranet-ready training resources for Supply Chain customers.
Issuing POs, New product request process, RFID ordering, etc. (contextual tasks).
Build a catalog of available training outside SHC to support leadership development.
Organize and run group trainings, such as lunch-and-learn and CMRP certification.
Develop one-point lessons for team members and customers.
Provide coaching and training for staff and cross-training initiatives.
Drive staff engagement, retention strategies, and continuous training improvements.
Conduct training needs analyses and develop/implement programs.
