The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, curriculum development, and adult learning. It is a full-time position with a starting salary of $65,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission site onboarding trainings with leadership and frontline staff.
• Support continuous improvement and integrate feedback into curriculum.
• Coordinate learning communities and foster collaboration across sites.
• Observe operations to verify alignment with Padua standards.
