Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years in training administration or related roles.
• 3–5 years of IATF and ISO knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Instructor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign, track, document, and report employee training, qualifications, and certifications.
• Conduct required routine and annual training programs that support compliance and best practices.
• Coordinate RFC education courses, RFC Academy classes, and training schedules; facilitate instruction when needed.
• Maintain training programs, records, documentation, and completion checklists.
• Administer the Learning Management System and oversee apprenticeship programs, technical training, and training grants.
• Assist the HR Generalist or HR Manager with daily administrative tasks and employee-service initiatives.
