Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training in support of a federal construction management system deployment. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for project teams, managers, engineers and external contractors, ensuring knowledge transfer and user adoption across locations.

This role requires strong classroom facilitation, experience delivering software and business process training, and the ability to support large-scale organizational change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of related experience.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training in accordance with approved lesson plans, course materials, and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance during training activities.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement throughout training sessions.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers regarding course schedules and logistics.
