Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training in support of a federal client’s customized construction management system rollout. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, construction teams and external contractors across multiple geographic locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong classroom facilitation skills and experience with software training.
Ability to support large-scale organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
Follow approved lesson plans, course materials, and instructional guidelines.
Respond to questions and provide guidance during training activities.
Maintain engagement and effective classroom management throughout sessions.
Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
Track attendance and course completion; collect learner feedback.
