Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s customized construction management system. You will train personnel, project managers, engineers, construction staff, leadership, and external contractors, ensuring they gain the knowledge and skills to use the new system.

Qualifications

• Able to adapt instructional techniques to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently within a distributed training team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans, materials, and guidelines.
• Answer questions and provide guidance during training activities.
• Maintain engagement and classroom management throughout sessions.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with Training/Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements to training delivery and materials.
• Represent the training team with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployments.
