Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s new construction management system, including both virtual and in-person sessions.

You will work with project managers, engineering staff, and external contractors to ensure learners gain the knowledge and skills to use the system effectively, supporting large-scale organizational change across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Travel up to 100% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and classroom settings.
• Conduct training per approved lesson plans and materials.
• Respond to questions and provide functional guidance.
• Maintain effective classroom management and engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with Training and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements to training delivery and materials.
• Represent training team with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
