Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s customized construction management system. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, and external contractors, ensuring they gain the knowledge to use the new system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of relevant training experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience delivering software or enterprise system training.
• Proficiency with virtual training platforms like Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training activities.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement throughout training sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers on course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
• Serve as a professional representative of the training team.
