Job summary

Lumicera Health Services in Sacramento is seeking a Supervisor, Training and Development. You will build and deliver training programs, assess needs, and enhance the training continuum across operations and quality teams.

The role focuses on multi-channel training delivery, collaboration with pharmacy leadership, and ensuring programs meet regulatory requirements. Strong mentoring and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on training experience and ability to develop and deliver courses.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and evaluation methodologies.
• Experience coaching and developing employees; ability to partner with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and facilitate training manuals and materials for new and current staff.
• Maintain documentation and resources (RxVector, Lighthouse, NaviClaim, Compass, etc.).
• Report on quality metrics and trainee progress; drive onboarding success.
• Establish mentoring and peer reviews; implement feedback for training improvements.
• Deliver training using varied instructional methods; assess knowledge retention.
