Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Training and Development Specialist Clinician to support Advanced Practice Clinicians and Health Center Providers across multiple states. The role involves analyzing, developing, delivering and evaluating organizational training while providing clinical services in reproductive health care.

The position features a full-time schedule (32 hours per week) with variable shifts, travel between Des Moines, IA, Lincoln, NE, Omaha, NE and Sioux Falls,

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner/ APN or Physician Assistant in the relevant states.
• National certification where applicable and BLS certification.
• Two years of clinical training or practice in women's health or family planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver organizational training for Advanced Practice Clinicians/Health Center Providers.
• Provide clinical services, including reproductive health care, to patients at PPNCS clinics.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs; mentor staff and ensure adherence to mission and standards.
