Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Training and Development Specialist Clinician to analyze, develop, deliver and evaluate organizational training for Advanced Practice Clinicians and providers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

Under supervision, you will deliver clinical services in reproductive health and support training across clinics, with occasional travel and a 32-hour work week in a full-time role aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• Current state RN/APN license or PA license with relevant certifications.
• Active DEA license in current practice state may be required.
• Two years’ experience in family planning and in the clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training materials for clinicians and health staff.
• Develop and evaluate organizational training programs and outcomes.
• Provide clinical services, including reproductive health care, at PPNCS clinics.
• Coordinate training plans with health center leadership and teams.
• Ensure consistency with PPNCS mission and values.

Skills

Family planning experience

IUC insertion/removal experience

Reliable transportation

Education

Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (APN) license

Physician Assistant (PA) license

Master’s degree (Healthcare related)
