Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma with Training Certification preferred.
• Annual mandatory compliance training (Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, Identity Theft).
• 3–5 years of member service experience in a Credit Union or financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for new hires and on-the-job training.
• Assign mentors to reinforce learning.
• Develop curricula, class scenarios, exercises, tests, and measurement tools.
• Update training manuals, materials, classes, and procedures.
• Analyze learning needs and identify skills gaps for targeted refreshers.
• Track trainee progress and report to department leaders.
• Schedule external training events and manage training rooms and resources.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
• Manage budgets and ensure compliance training is completed.
• Coordinate and maintain the Knowledge Management System (KMS).
• Lead training on the Creating Member Loyalty program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
