Job summary

Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced branch operations supervisor to lead a team of 15+ staff, ensuring exceptional member service and adherence to credit union policies. You will coordinate training, monitor procedures, and strengthen security practices across branches in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes policy compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and reliable reporting, with the Branch Manager providing leadership and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of Credit Union or banking experience with supervisory exposure.
• NMLS registration eligibility and compliance training as required.
• Mandatory Bank Secrecy Act, AML, CIP, OFAC and Red Flag Identity Theft training.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, policies and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Branch staff; plan, assign and direct work; conduct evaluations.
• Implement and monitor policies; ensure compliance with sound credit practices.
• Train branch staff on monitoring, reporting and data preparation.
• Approve timesheets and assist in meeting annual goals with security focus.
• Oversee scheduling and travel between branches as needed; uphold confidentiality.
