Responsibilities

• Directly supervise branch staff; assign, direct and evaluate work.
• Implement and monitor branch policies and procedures in line with credit union goals.
• Train and provide continuing education to branch staff on monitoring, collecting and reporting.
• Manage staff schedules and approve timesheets for bi-weekly payroll.
• Ensure branch security and regulatory compliance and respond to security changes.
