Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union is seeking a Community Relations Representative-Onsite to support department initiatives, coordinate community events, and promote member services. You will design materials, partner with local businesses, and advance FBFCU’s brand within the Fort Bragg area.

Formación

• High School graduate; 2 years college coursework in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• 1-3 years related sales or business development experience preferred.
• Prior experience in the financial industry is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and designs materials to support department initiatives.
• Assists in planning and coordination of community events, frequently with other FBFCU team members.
• Communicates daily with Community Relations Manager to receive assignments and to report status.
• Assists with dissemination of information about FBFCU membership, products and services to businesses and community contacts.
• Attends community events to network with influential contacts and promote the FBFCU brand.
• Regular visits SEG partners and other businesses to answer questions and facilitate new memberships; prospects for new opportunities as directed.
• Attends Chamber events and other business networking functions.
• Presents overview of CU membership benefits to businesses and other prospects.
• Provides business development assistance to FBFCU team members.
• Maintains knowledge of all Credit Union products and services.
