Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
• 5 years credit union or financial institution experience with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist VP Member Services with updates to policies and procedures.
• Supports branch-wide training and development initiatives for branch managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve branch operations and member service levels.
• Oversee IRA/tax reporting processes and cash/deposit operations.
