Job summary

You will direct learner-centered curriculum development and resources, initiate improvements, and lead moderately complex projects to boost branch efficiency.

Responsibilities include designing training programs across business units, conducting needs assessments, collaborating with internal communications, and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, evaluate and develop plans for innovative training designs and programs
• Plan, develop, and provide training and development programs for business units using varied methods
• Supervise needs assessments to support organizational learning needs; evaluate instructor performance and program effectiveness
• Work with internal communications to improve employee communications
• Identify, implement and adjust training techniques and programs to enhance the training experience
• Oversee planning and management of programs to deliver learning solutions
• Develop new concepts, strategies, and approaches for learning design
• Lead cross-departmental project teams to enhance training products and manage change
• Serve as primary contact for project management and related issues
• Support development of instructional courses aligned with learning outcomes
• Coordinate technical training and personal development classes for direct reports and executives
• Identify and resolve operational and performance gaps; recommend improvements
• Provide analysis to influence decisions by team and leadership
• Compile and analyze trends to modify programs
• Partner with business units and vendors to improve procedures and implement initiatives
• Monitor projects to ensure goals and timelines are met
• Ensure projects meet customer expectations and budget constraints
• Supervise, mentor and develop team; provide feedback and solutions when appropriate
• Minimize conflict; listen and mediate effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned
