Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver instructional programs for multiple business units. You will collaborate with Instructional Designers, test learning activities, and facilitate sessions to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities include needs assessment, content development, and leveraging NFLC to track participation and outcomes. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs for adult learners.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Capacity to facilitate classroom and virtual sessions effectively.
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with instructional designers to plan courses and curricula.
• Conduct needs assessments and tailor training for business units.
• Create reference tools and guides to support training.
• Develop and enhance training content to meet objectives.
• Facilitate ILT and VILT sessions to maximize engagement.
