Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training or course development.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Develop and maintain training resources and curricula.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support new hire onboarding and professional development sessions.
