Mach10 Solutions seeks a Learning and Development Coordinator to design and deliver training that drives safety, quality, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing facilities. You will bridge technical requirements with employee performance by managing learning systems and facilitating hands-on instruction.

You will develop VWIs, eLearning modules, and assessments; administer the LMS; lead classroom sessions and onboarding; and partner with SMEs to close skill gaps while supporting

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and LMS.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain training materials including VWIs, eLearning, and assessments.
• Administer the LMS to track qualifications, assignments, and generate reports.
• Facilitate classroom sessions and onboarding to prepare staff.
• Partner with SMEs to identify skill gaps and create training pathways.
• Conduct on-the-job evaluations and lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives.
• Audit training docs and processes for standards and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate supervisor and team-lead training to develop leadership.
