Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a Training Operations Coordinator to support the development and delivery of learning programs for vehicle operators. You will coordinate the creation and rollout of training materials, partner with SMEs and instructional designers, and ensure content quality and timely audits.

You will collaborate with training teams across deployment locations, help prioritize needs with the program manager, and travel up to 25% for site visits and in-person support.

Qualifications

• Experience in training facilitation, development, or program coordination.
• 1–3 years in autonomous vehicle operations or related environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation, rollout, and continuous improvement of training materials for vehicle operations teams.
• Partner with SMEs, instructional designers, project managers, and staff to align scope and timing.
• Review training content for quality and alignment before sign-off.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and support approval workflows to keep materials moving forward.
• Track development and execution timelines and provide status updates.
• Manage a portfolio of training content and ensure audits are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with deployment locations to support completion and compliance for new and refresher training.
• Prioritize training needs with the training program manager.
• Travel up to 25% for site visits and in-person training.
