Job summary

Motion Industries (MOT) seeks a Learning and Development Coordinator to manage training programs for employees and customers. You will coordinate training logistics, create live vendor webinars on Exceed LMS, and publish on Exceed for self-paced training.

You will also organize vendor schools at manufacturing facilities and support various L&D initiatives. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience, plus strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience.
Experience managing internal/external relationships on behalf of an organization.
Detail oriented and able to communicate effectively.
Represent Motion well, upholding core values of fairness, ethics, inclusion, investment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all logistics with setting up training opportunities for the responsible area.
Create LIVE vendor webinar events on Exceed (LMS).
Record events and publish on Exceed for self-paced, on-demand training.
Organize Vendor Schools at Manufacturing Facilities for Trainees and staff.
Attend and audit classes.
Plan training events at Motion facilities for employees and customers.
Support other Learning and Development programs and initiatives as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
