Job summary

Voltage is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to develop and continuously improve employee training and workforce development programs, with a focus on manufacturing readiness. You will partner with HR, Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, and other departments to identify skill gaps, establish training requirements, and ensure competency across operations.

You will lead training program development, new-hire onboarding, Train-the-Trainer initiatives, and LMS administration, while measuring training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education/experience in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in training, learning and development, or manufacturing training.
• Experience designing and facilitating employee training programs.
• Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to translate technical processes into clear training content.
