Job summary

Ventura Foods is seeking a Plant Training Coordinator to design and deliver a wide range of training programs at our Waukesha, WI facility. You will develop learning content, manage projects, and collaborate across departments to roll out enterprise-wide training initiatives.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1–2 years in L&D in manufacturing, and proficiency with Articulate 360, LMS/LCMS, and video editing tools. Onsite work with a strong focus on safety and performance support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent industry certification
• 1–2 years in a professional L&D role in manufacturing
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Suite, Articulate 360, and Adobe software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Designs learning content including eLearning, ILT, virtual training, and assessments
• Collaborates with SMEs to develop performance support materials
• Manages end-to-end training project lifecycle including needs assessment and budgeting
• Leads higher-level training in Functional Excellence and Leadership programs
• Captures assets with A/V tools and ensures alignment with policies
