Keller Postman LLC in Lake Mary, Florida, is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver onboarding and professional development programs aligned with our values. You will work with the Training & QA Manager to assess needs, create curriculum, and develop materials for multiple training formats.

This full-time, in-person position offers a salary of $72,000 to $82,000 plus a discretionary year-end bonus and benefits, with opportunities to impact learning outcomes across the firm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate learning experience.
• Experience designing and facilitating workplace training in live and digital formats.
• Knowledge of instructional design methods and adult learning principles.
• Experience using a learning management system and e-learning authoring tools; quick to learn new platforms.
• Strong presentation, writing, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify performance gaps and learning goals.
• Design training from needs assessment through development, delivery, and evaluation.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced materials ( facilitator guides, e-learning modules, job aids ).
• Apply adult learning principles using realistic workplace scenarios and feedback.
• Facilitate sessions for diverse audiences and experience levels.
• Use learning tech, publish and track content with LMS, analyze data for improvements.
• Troubleshoot access or delivery issues for learners and facilitators.
• Evaluate training via feedback and performance measures; update materials as needed.
• Manage training schedules, records, and multiple projects.
