Job summary

Keller Postman LLC seeks a Training Specialist to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training. You will work with the Training & QA Manager to assess needs, craft curriculum, and produce learning materials for all stages of development.

The role is full-time and in-person at the Lake Mary, Florida office, offering a base salary of $72,000 to $82,000 plus a discretionary year-end bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years designing and delivering corporate training.
• Experience with both in-person and digital/virtual training formats.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Proficient with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance gaps with leaders and define learning goals.
• Design training from needs assessment to evaluation.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced materials.
• Create facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and job aids.
• Apply adult learning principles with realistic scenarios and feedback.
• Facilitate sessions for diverse audiences.
• Use learning tech, publish content, track completions, analyze data.
• Manage training schedules and multiple projects.
