Job summary

Korhorn Financial Group is seeking a Training & Development professional to design, implement, and maintain scalable training systems across the firm. You will partner with SMEs, leaders, and HR to ensure onboarding, training, and development align with standards and support growth.

The role focuses on firmwide and department-specific programs, including onboarding, 30/60/90-day frameworks, and continuous improvement to learning outcomes and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 3–5 years leading or supporting training & development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a firmwide Universal Training program covering processes, policies, standards, systems, and expectations across the firm.
• Create a structured onboarding and orientation process with a defined initial period and exposure to firm systems.
• Develop a Re‑Orientation process to reinforce standards and support growth.
• Maintain a firmwide Training & Development calendar for onboarding, trainings, role-based learning, and development initiatives.
• Design and implement Basic and Advanced Training programs tailored to departments and roles.
• Partner with department leaders to reflect current workflows in training materials.
• Establish shared vocabulary and documentation standards to improve cross‑department collaboration.
• Identify SMEs to assist with content creation and delivery, and manage training contributors.
