Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and administrative support.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholders.
• Experience in a compliance or regulatory training environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Utilize LMS to mine and analyze data and ensure officers meet training standards.
• Audit customer-submitted information for accuracy and completeness, ensuring training compliance.
• Assist in managing staff training projects and coordinate with Training Division.
• Perform QA checks to maintain high standards in training delivery and documentation.
• Monitor and report on staff development hours and self‑development activities.
• Produce detailed reports and analyses related to training compliance and effectiveness.
• Monitor, report on, and track trends in QA measures within the LMS for continuous improvement.
• Create and implement new QA measures to assess and report on training events.
