Job summary

Tennessee Corrections Institute (TCI) Training Division seeks a Compliance Coordinator to ensure training compliance of correctional officers across Tennessee. You will manage data, audit records, and provide executive support, reporting on compliance trends and QA measures.

The role blends data analysis, project coordination, and administrative duties with a flexible schedule and hybrid work setup. Requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and administrative support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Mine and analyze data using the LMS to ensure officers meet training standards.
• Audit customer-submitted information for accuracy and compliance with state requirements.
• Coordinate training projects with the Training Division and manage related tasks.
• Perform quality assurance checks on training delivery and documentation.
• Act as executive assistant to the Director of Training and Executive Director.
